Federal prosecutors say several members of the Short North Posse will remain in jail despite a new court ruling.
Officials say a federal appeals court in Cincinnati has vacated several convictions against five members of the gang. The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio says despite the court's decision, the gang members will still serve life sentences because of guilty verdicts on other counts.
