Ohio Governor Mike DeWine said Friday a health order for performance theaters is in the works.
He says details are still being worked out, but has released some details to allow venues to start planning for performances. The order says indoor venue attendance will be capped at less than 15 percent of fixed seating capacity, or 300 people. Outdoor venue attendance will be capped at less than 15 percent of fixed seating capacity, or 15 hundred people. DeWine says many other guidelines in the order are in line with a previous order on spectators at sports venues. DeWine has also released further guidance for performing arts theaters and sports venues. To read the guidance for peforming arts venues, click here.
