Outgoing Ohio State University President Michael Drake says he expects the school to face a 300 million dollar loss in revenue due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a statement, Drake says the University has taken several actions, including hiring freezes, and halts to some capital projects, salary increases, and travel. Drake is planning to submit an interim operating budget for July and August to trustees this week. Drake did not say if he thinks students will return to campus this fall.
