Former local tv weatherman Mike Davis pleaded guilty Thursday to child pornography charges.
Authorities say he downloaded and emailed the materials to himself over a period of seven years. His attorney has filed a motion asking that Davis be sent to a therapy program. The motion says Davis used pornography in an attempt to self-medicate after dealing with various mental health issues for years, including depression. The county prosecutor is asking for prison time.
