The father of former Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott failed to appear in Fairfield County court yesterday.
Stacy Elliott was charged after an serval cat that allegedly belonged to him attacked a dog in the Canal Winchester area last year. The cat was subsequently shot and killed by authorities. Elliot's attorney says his client didn't receive a summons, and he has until Friday to appear.
