Family Of Protestor Who Died After Being Exposed To Tear Gas Issues Statement

reddit.com

The family of a police brutality protestor in Columbus who died after being exposed to chemical agents has released a statement.

The father of Sarah Grossman says “there is no evidence at this time that pepper spray caused her death.” The family also says  autopsy and toxicology reports are pending.  Reports about Grossman’s death spread quickly on social media.  Toxicology results could take six to eight weeks.

Meanwhile, A group of  20 Democratic state lawmakers is asking the governor to temporarily ban police from using chemical agents at protests. They're concerned chemical agents could exacerbate the spread of COVID-19.
