The father of the man who shot and killed three people in Kirkersville in May is free on bond after being arrested for violating a protection order. 75-year-old Harry Hartless was found within 500 feet of the Utica Care and Rehab Center, a sister facility to the Pinekirk Nursing Home in Kirkersville where the murders took place. In July, employees noticed Hartless sitting in the parking lot, prompting management to obtain the order.
