Feds Say Dayton Developer Violated Housing Laws In Several States

The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against an Ohio developer, alleging the company ignored requirements of the the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act.  

Prosecutor Ben Glassman says Dayton-based Miller-Valentine Group violated the laws at 82 multi-family housing complexes in 13 states.

Glassman  is asking a judge to order Miller-Valentine to bring the apartments up to the minimum requirements.  The company has yet  to comment.
