Campaign finance reports show opponents of a fall ballot issue rewriting Ohio's redistricting process have outraised supporters by nearly 2-1.The opposition group Protect Your Vote Ohio raised nearly 7-million dollars compared with 3.6 million for Voters First, the coalition spearheading the changes. Protect Your Vote Ohio says conservative business groups and public policy advocates fueled its fundraising. The rival committee says labor unions, utilities and special interests are its largest supporters.
