Five Columbus Cops Face Discipline For Roles In Arrest Of Stormy Daniels

thedailybeast.com

Interim Columbus police chief Tom Quinlan said Wednesday five officers from the now-disbanded vice unit face disciplinary actions for last year's raid on a strip club that resulted in the arrest of porn star Stormy Daniels.

Punishments range from reprimands to termination for  Commander Terry Moore, Lieutenant Ron Kemmerling,  Sergeant  Scott Soha and arresting detectives Steve Rosser and Whitney Lancaster. An investigation focused on allegations officers who support President Trump conspired to retaliate over her claims she had sex with Trump before he became president. An internal review found the arrest was improper but not politically motivated.
