Former Bishop Watterson Teacher Pleads Guilty In Child Porn Case

A former Bishop Watterson High School music teacher has formally pleaded guilty to producing child pornography involving a student. 35-year-old Brian Sze faces up to 30 years in prison and a 250 thousand dollar fine as part of a plea bargain reached with prosecutors last year. Sze admits to recording his sexual encounter with a Watterson student in his home in March of last year. The victim told investigators the two also watched pornography together, and the victim received sexually explicit emails and text messages from Sze between April 2014 and May of 2015. He was fired by the Columbus Catholic Diocese last June. Under the plea agreement, authorities will place monitoring devices on all of Sze's computers, and he must register as a sex offender. Sze is currently being held in the Knox County Jail.
