A former Republican Columbus City Council candidate has pleaded guilty to three counts of impersonating a police officer.
Kieran Cartharn is accused by OSU police of approaching three female students near their dorm rooms. The students became suspicious and uncomfortable. Documents show as part of his plea bargain, Carthan will be placed on probation.
