Private funeral services were held yesterday for Former Deputy Franklin County Board of Elections Director Hilton Carter, who passed away on May 6th at the age of 91.
A cause of death was not released. Carter was an original member of the famed Tuskegee Airmen and worked several jobs for the City of Columbus and the State of Ohio.
