Former Marion Schools Chief Arrested For Second OVI

Tiffin City Schools superintendent Gary Barber is facing his second OVI charge in two years.  

Barber was arrested late Friday night in Marion. Barber resigned from Marion City Schools in 2017. Official in the Tiffin district say Barber is now on a voluntary sick leave. Disciplinary action is pending.
