Funeral services are scheduled next month in Florida for former Ohio State University President Ed Jennings, who died at a Tampa hospital over the weekend at the age of 82.
Jennings was president between 1981 and 1990, and interim president in 2002. Jennings was the driving force behind OSU's launch of a marketing ploy - adding the word "the" to the school's name.
