Franklin County Bans Non-Essential Travel To N.C., Miss. By Some Employees

Franklin County Commission employees won't be traveling to North Carolina or Mississippi on official business anymore.  The Democratically-controlled commission voted Tuesday to ban all non-essential travel after both states recently passed laws that commission members say discriminate against members of the LGBT community.
