The Ohio Highway Patrol has identified the Granville man killed by a trooper after leading a high-speed chase and pointing a gun at the trooper.
21-year-old Joseph Kiser was killed early Monday in Montgomery County. The chase started in Greene County. The trooper is on administrative leave while the investigation continues. Kiser was released Sunday from the Tri-County Regional Jail near Mechanicsburg. He was booked Friday for a traffic violation out of Madison County.
