Every holiday season Central Ohio communities and businesses come together to help those in need. And this season we invite you to join WCBE's local effort to fight hunger. Now through December 31, GreenBEAN Delivery will donate two pounds of fresh produce to the Mid-Ohio Foodbank for every donation WCBE receives.
UPDATE: Between 12/22 - 12/28, GreenBEAN Delivery will increase their donation to FOUR POUNDS of fresh produce for every donation WCBE receives.
Last year (Nov. - Dec. 2012) the station raised $103,499 and 2,190 pounds of produce through the generosity of our listeners in just 36 days.
