Columbus Public Health has closed a restaurant in the Polaris Fashion Place mall after being cited for several violations.
Inspectors who visited Yihi Japan found water backing up through floor drains, improper food storage, as well as flies and cockroaches. Mall owners are considering not renewing the lease with the restaurant.
