Franklin County health officials have confirmed a Legionnaires' disease outbreak at a Whitehall nursing home. Two residents of the Manor at Whitehall were treated last month for exposure to Legionella bacteria. Further tests are being conducted and an investigation continues. The source of the bacteria is not yet known.
