A Franklin County judge has approved a settlement with the parents of the teenager killed in last year's Ohio State Fair ride accident.
The 1.2 million dollar payout will go to the family of Tyler Jarrell. His parents will get nearly 900 thousand dollars after attorney fees and funeral expenses.
