Judge Dismisses Charges Against Stillwagon

A Delaware County judge today dismissed road rage charges against former Ohio State football star Jim Stillwagon. Stillwagon was charged with four counts of felonious assault for shooting at a pickup truck driver following a dispute in September of 2012. The driver, Richard Mattlingly, was slightly injured. Today was the third day of Stillwagon's trial. Mattingly has filed a civil lawsuit.
