A Franklin County jury has recommended a life prison sentence for killer Anthony Pardon, who kidnapped, raped and murdered 24-year-old Rachael Anderson in 2018.
Jurors deliberated over two days before reaching the unanimous decision. A judge will formally sentence Pardon on March 16th. Pardon was captured on video surveillance using Anderson's credit cards hours after the murder.
