Justices Reject Redistricting Language

The Ohio Supreme Court has oreded the Ohio ballot board to replace the text it used to describe Issue Two on the November ballot.The justices say the language approved by the board contained "material omissions and factual inaccuracies." The proposal is backed by the coalition called Voters First. It would strip the power to draw legislative and congressional districts from elected officials and give it to a 12 member citizen commission.
