Kasich Says GOP Needs To Soften Its Message

Oct 2, 2017

Ohio Governor John Kasich has delivered his strongest message yet that he's unhappy with the Republican Party.

Kasich told CNN on Sunday he won't support the party unless the extreme elements move closer to the center.

Kasich says the Republican Party must change its divisive stance on some issues.

Kasich also ruled out joining the Democratic Party.

Kasich has been criticized by some conservatives for going on the airwaves and criticizing the party and President Trump. He says he's worried about the country and his kids' future.
