Ohio Governor and Republican presidential hopeful John Kasich stressed his commitment to Israel during a speech yesterday to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the nation's top pro-Israel lobbying group.
Kasich vowed to strengthen America's relationship with Israel and applauded Israel's condemnation of the Iran nuclear deal. He also criticized what he called an ineffective, piecemeal approach to combating ISIS.

Kasich touted his foreign policy experience and said he would not need on the job training in the White House, a dig at GOP frontrunner Donald Trump, who focused on Iran in his remarks yesterday. Trump said Iran is the biggest sponsor of terrorism around the world.
