Lawmaker Scheduled For Trial In January

A January 22nd trial date has been set for Democratic State Representative Clayton Luckie, who stands indicted on 49 charges of theft, corruption and money laundering.Prosecutors say Luckie used nearly 130-thousand dollars in campaign funds one personal expenses and failed to list campaign expenditures for six years. Luckie will leave office at the end of the year.
