A Licking County man died in a house fire after rescuing his family and going back inside to search for the family's blind and deaf dog.
24-year-old Carl Aeby Junior died of carbon monoxide poisoning in the fire Sunday in Hanover Township. His wheelchair-bound father and other family members weren't injured. Investigators believe the fire started from an unspecified electrical failure.
