Listeria Concerns Force Local Sausage Maker To Issue Recall

ezzo.com

The USDA says Columbus-based Ezzo Sausage is recalling 25 thousand pounds of ready-to-eat sausage products because of possible Listeria contamination.

No illnesses have been reported. The products were produced in late October and early November, and shipped to distribution centers in Ohio and Indiana. The feds say the products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
