Local Bar Among Three In Ohio Citied For COVID-19 Violations

Facebook

State health officials Sunday reported 762 new cases of COVID-19 and three new deaths.

The state now has 144,309 cases and 4,615 deaths.

Three Ohio bars have been cited for violating COVID-19 health orders.  The Ohio Investigative Unit says Avalon in Columbus, the Tavern Off Broadway in Bedford and the Vivid Cocktail Lounge in Maple Heights ignored social distancing guidelines and served alcohol past the 10 p.m. curfew.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
