Local Man Indicted For Human Trafficking

A Franklin County man has been indicted on 19 felony counts, including involuntary manslaughter and human trafficking.

Other charges facing 36-year-old Paul Chiles include promoting prostitution, cocaine possession, corrupting another with drugs, gross abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence. In April, investigators discovered 21-year-old Cecilia Riegel of Columbus had died of an overdose of drugs provided by Chiles.
