The Licking County man accused of fatally shooting a 12-year-old girl has been found incompetent to stand trial.
A judge has ordered 18-year-old Keegan Mummey to be treated at a behavioral health center. Mummey is charged with killing Isabella Barnes last June, as well as rape and tampering with evidence charges. He pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity in July. Police have said the two had dated each other.
