A jury has convicted the Fulton County man charged with kidnapping and murdering a University of Toledo student in 2016.
Sentencing is pending for 58-year-old James Worley in the death of 20-year-old Sierah Joughin. Prosecutors have not disclosed a motive. Worley was imprisoned for abducting another woman in 1990. Joughin's family wants state lawmakers to create a public registry tracking people convicted of violent crimes.
