Marion County Sheriff's deputies say they shot and killed a man who held them at-bay at a home on Sunday night. Deputies say 44-year-old Timothy Weiser was firing a weapon and making threats inside of his home on Whetstone River Road South in Marion. Deputies say he was shot after barricading himself inside the home for two hours. Weiser died at a Columbus hospital late Monday. 25-year-old deputy Ryan Kelly, who fired the fatal shots, is on paid adminstrative leave.
