Miami County Board of Elections members Tuesday fired director Beverly Kendall after 63-hundred votes in last November's election went uncounted.

The board says there will be an investigation into what they call an error in counting the in-person absentee ballots.  No races were affected. The error was discovered last month by the Ohio Secretary of State's office.  Board members also officially amended the results of the November election.
