Lawmakers are introducing more gun-related bills in the Ohio Legislature. Lawmakers have introduced 19 bills since January, five more than were introduced in 2011 and 2012. Three of those became law. All of the current measures are in committee. Republican State Representative John Becker has sponsored the most, with four bills. One removes semi-automatic weapons that can fire more than 31 rounds without reloading from the state's definition of automatic weapons.
