Funeral arrangements are pending for a Dayton civil rights icon.
Reverend Raleigh Trammelldied Thursday at the age of 81. Trammell was pastor of Central Missionary Baptist Church and an influential leader of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. Trammell was jailed after being convicted in 2012 of stealing taxpayer money given to the SCLC to feed low-income elderly people.
