Sweeping changes are underway at Cincinnati-based Catholic Health Partners.The state's largest health system has launched a restructuring that will eliminate jobs while changing to the value-based care model of the federal health care law, which is officially called the Affordable Care Act. Company officials say it's too early to tell how many jobs will be cut.
