Funeral arrangements are pending for an Ohio-born Olympic athlete.
Chuck Vinci passed away this week in Elyria at the age of 85. Vinci won gold medals in weightlifting at the 1956 Melbourne games and the 1960 games in Rome. He retired as the holder of 12 world records.
