Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has issued an order requiring schools to develop a COVID-19 reporting system for parents of kids who test positive.
Schools will send that information to local health officials, who will in turn report it to the Ohio Department of Health. ODH will add the data to its weekly COVID-19 update. DeWine says the order will help keep the public informed and help schools prevent the spread of coronavirus.
