Ohio voters on Tuesday approved 76 percent of the school money issues on local ballots, up from 68 percent in May of last year.

Voters Tuesday approved 79 of 104 measures, according to the Ohio School Boards Association. The organization says most issues were renewals; the passage rate for new funding was dramatically lower.
