One of the four Wagner family members charged in the slayings of eight Rhoden family members in Pike County has pleaded not guilty.
26-year-old Edward "Jake" Wagner, was ordered held without bond Tuesday. The other three suspects will be arraigned this week. Wagner had a daughter with one of the victims. Authorities have suggested a custody dispute was a possible motive.
