Ohio State University says it's enforcing a requirement that holders of football parking passes make a hefty donation to receive them. OSU says the donation requirements have been in place for a decade or more, but audits found gaps in participation. The permit holders must contribute to the President's Club by the end of the year or the Buckeye Club by February 1 if they want to keep their passes next season. The donations are 3 to 5 thousand dollars on top of the 375 dollar annual parking fee. The Athletic Department's annual budget exceeds 100 million dollars.
