OSU Declines Comment On New Strauss-Related Lawsuit

Ohio State University has declined comment on a new lawsuit over the way it handled sexual abuse allegations against former team doctor Richard Strauss.

More than 300 men filed suit claiming the university turned a blind eye as Strauss sexually abused students over a 20-year period. Stephen Snyder-Hill, one of the lead plaintiffs, says OSU is violating state public records laws. He says the school told him he was the only victim, but found out years later that claim was false. He's seeking the release of related records.
