OSU Ending Safe Ride Program

Ohio State University is ending its Safe Ride Program and starting a partnership with Lyft.

The school will contribute  five dollars toward the cost of rides for students from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. Students will have to pay two dollars. The school says the demand for free rides under the program has outgrown the amount of rides officials are able to provide.   Lyft says the program will cover ten-thousand rides every month.
