OSU, Other Schools Report Receiving Bomb Threats

Ohio State University is one of several schools nationwide that received bomb threats Thursday.

OSU officials say someone called the Department of Public Safety and said three mail bombs had been left around campus.  A bomb-sniffing dog was brought in but police say nothing was found.  None of the threats were deemed credible. Other schools that received threats include Penn State, Rice University, Brandeis University, Southern Utah University, and the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
