State health officials Wednesday reported 1,109 new cases of COVID-19 and 11 new deaths.
Ohio now has 126,767 cases and 4,176 deaths. Ohio State University Wednesday reported more than 3 percent of students and more than 1.6 percent of employees tested positive for COVID-19 as of August 31. During the 24-hour period that day, 5.7 percent of students tested on-campus and 9.66 percent of students tested off-campus were positive.
