OU Promises Changes Following Completion Of Hazing Probe

 Ohio University has completed its investigation into hazing allegations by the school's marching band, saying cultural issues must be addressed. 

The investigation found several unsanctioned behaviors including alcohol and marijuana use, as well as watching pornography.  The school says changes will be implimented through the College of Fine Arts. The band was released from the limited cease and desist order March 2nd.
