The parents of Otto Warmbier are asking a federal judge to allow them to seize some of the assets of the North Korean government for their son's death.
Fred and Cindy Warmbier are seeking the 500 million dollar award issued in their wrongful-death lawsuit. Their son died in 2017 after being imprisoned in North Korea for more than a year. No word on when the judge will issue a ruling.
