Columbus police have identified the north side car wash employee killed on Monday.
Police belive 35-year-old Daniel Boucher was electrocuted after becoming trapped inside the machinery at the Sinclair Road car wash. How it happened is not clear. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating. This is at least the fifth workplace fatality in central Ohio since the beginning of December.
